>How do I verify a certificate?
Enter the credential ID from the certificate or follow the QR code link. The demo recomputes the public hash in the browser and shows the record status.
>What happens when a certificate expires?
Expired credentials remain searchable for audit history, but they are clearly marked as expired and should be renewed before a learner is assigned regulated work.
>Can teams enroll learners in bulk?
Yes. This demo presents the storefront and dashboard surfaces; a production deployment would connect bulk enrollment to payment, roster import, and administrator approval workflows.
>Is this verifier production security?
No. The hash salt is intentionally public for a static demo. Production credential signing should happen server-side with private signing material.
>Which languages are supported?
Course metadata shows available languages per course. The sample catalogue includes English, French, and Spanish examples.
>Can auditors see historical verification attempts?
The dashboard includes a mock verification log to demonstrate audit-trail thinking without storing runtime data.
